M\u00e1m st\u00e1le i hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00e1tel, kte\u0159\u00ed berou let letadlem jako naprosto neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek a nikdy v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m nesed\u011bli. D\u0159\u00edve byl let letadlem v\u00fdsadou bohat\u00fdch a nebo mocn\u00fdch, dneska se ale stal \u017eivotn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stejn\u011b tak, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad autobus.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n Ono vlastn\u011b dopravn\u00ed letadlo nen\u00ed nic jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e rychl\u00fd a pom\u011brn\u011b pohodln\u00fd autobus. Kdy\u017e jsem za\u010dal kdysi l\u00e9tat na v\u011btron\u00edch, babi\u010dka mi v\u017edycky \u0159\u00edkala pam\u00e1tnou v\u011btu, kterou nejsp\u00ed\u0161e sly\u0161el ka\u017ed\u00fd mlad\u00fd pilot: \u201eL\u00e9tej pomalu a n\u00edzko\u2026\u201c Ono je to toti\u017e p\u0159esn\u011b obr\u00e1cen\u011b, ale to nebyla sto moje babi\u010dka akceptovat. V n\u00ed samotn\u00e9 byl Blan\u00edk kusem plechu a to p\u0159ece nem\u00e1 ve vzduchu co d\u011blat. D\u0159\u00edve jsem se sm\u00e1l nad t\u00edm, jak se moji vrstevn\u00edci b\u00e1li l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed a kdy\u017e u\u017e let\u011bli jednou za rok na dovolenou, koukali jako u vytr\u017een\u00ed t\u00edm malink\u00fdm ok\u00fdnkem ven a s jejich \u0161t\u011bst\u00edm na k\u0159\u00eddlo ? J\u00e1 jsem ve sv\u00e9m prvn\u00edm letadle sed\u011bl a\u017e ve 14-ti letech, ale z\u00e1\u017eitek to byl stejn\u00fd. Neodlepil jsem se od ok\u00fdnka celou cestu. Jen\u017ee potom jsem za\u010dal pozn\u00e1vat i tro\u0161ku jin\u00e9 l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed a to pr\u00e1v\u011b relativn\u011b n\u00edzko nad zem\u00ed z kokpitu Blan\u00edku. Postupem \u010dasu a d\u00edky cestov\u00e1n\u00ed jsem bral l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed dopravn\u00edm letadlem jako naprostou samoz\u0159ejmost a v\u016fbec m\u011b u\u017e ok\u00fdnka v letadle nezaj\u00edmala, \u0161lo mi hlavn\u011b o tu sv\u00e1\u010du na palub\u011b. L\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho bezpe\u010dnost byly pojmy, kter\u00e9 jsem znal jen z kn\u00ed\u017eek a z r\u016fzn\u00fdch publikac\u00ed, tak\u017ee suma sum\u00e1rum nic moc. Naprosto dal\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011br tomu dala a\u017e pr\u00e1ce v servisu Aerotaxi, kdy\u017e jsem pak vid\u011bl, jak to vypad\u00e1 v re\u00e1lu. Kamar\u00e1di, se kter\u00fdmi jsem se na toto t\u00e9ma bavil mi \u0159\u00edkali, \u017ee m\u00e1me ty \u201emal\u00e1 letadla\u201c a \u017ee ta \u201evelk\u00e1\u201c jsou n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Nejd\u0159\u00edve jsem se sna\u017eil vysv\u011btlit, \u017ee ono mal\u00e9 letadlo je naprosto stejn\u00e9 letadlo, jako t\u0159eba Boeing. Stejn\u00fd princip toho, pro\u010d ten patvar plech\u016f a \u017eeleza l\u00e9t\u00e1, stejn\u00fd zp\u016fsob udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ne, nepochopiteln\u00e1 v\u011bc. Tak\u017ee m\u011b napadlo, \u017ee to zkus\u00edm vysv\u011btlit takhle, ne\u017e abych vyvracel, \u017ee jedno letadlo se udr\u017eovat nemus\u00ed a druh\u00e9 ano ?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dreamer.cz\/zenphoto\/index.php?album=Aerotaxi\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ZenphotoPress_thumb ZenphotoPress_left \" alt=\"Aerotaxi47\" title=\"Aerotaxi47\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dreamer.cz\/zenphoto\/zp-core\/i.php?a=Aerotaxi&amp;i=Aerotaxi47.JPG&amp;w=320&amp;h=240\" style=\"float:left; \" \/><\/a><br \/>\n  Letoun, a\u0165 je to Boeing a nebo mal\u00e1 Cessni\u010dka je prost\u011b letadlo a z\u00e1kony a inspekto\u0159i k tomu p\u0159istupuj\u00ed stejn\u011b. \u00dadr\u017eba je z\u00e1konem d\u00e1na stejn\u011b tak, jako technick\u00e1 u aut a t\u0159eba autobus\u016f. Je zde v\u0161ak n\u011bkolik rozd\u00edl\u016f, kter\u00e9 se odv\u00edjej\u00ed od typ\u016f letadel a jejich velikost\u00ed. Ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu letadlu je hromada dokumentace. A kdy\u017e \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m hromada, tak t\u00edm mysl\u00edm opravdu hromada. Ob\u010das m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee letadlo l\u00e9t\u00e1 na pap\u00edry a nebo proto, aby generovalo dal\u0161\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed ? Ka\u017ed\u00fd typ letadla m\u00e1 pevn\u011b p\u0159edepsan\u00e9 kontroly, kter\u00fdm se ned\u00e1 nijak vyhnout. Jsou to tzv. \u201eScheduled maintenance\u201c, tedy Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eby. Ty se li\u0161\u00ed typ od typu, ale my si vezmeme jako p\u0159\u00edklad Cessnu 172. Na n\u00ed si uk\u00e1\u017eeme model \u00fadr\u017eby tak, jak to opravdu vypad\u00e1. Cessna 172 je \u010dty\u0159m\u00edstn\u00fd letoun, nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd ve v\u00fdcviku, hornoplo\u0161n\u00edk s typick\u00fd vzp\u011brov\u00fdm k\u0159\u00eddlem. Toto letadlo m\u00e1 p\u0159edepsan\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eby: 50,100,200 hodin a Ro\u010dn\u00ed prohl\u00eddku. To je d\u00e1no, tomu se nevyhneme. Tak\u017ee mil\u00fd letounek natrajd\u00e1 vzduchem ur\u010dit\u00e9 penzum hodin a pak mus\u00ed do servisu. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka m\u00e1 striktn\u011b na\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd \u201eChecklist\u201c, tedy jak\u00fdsi soubor str\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd obsahuje \u0159adu bod\u016f, kter\u00e9 je nutn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st. Pro p\u0159\u00edklad str\u00e1nky takov\u00e9ho checklistu se m\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00edvat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dreamer.cz\/pics\/Checklist.bmp\">zde<\/a>. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 body a ty se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed. Pod ka\u017ed\u00fdm bodem, kter\u00fd je dokon\u010den a proveden se podep\u00ed\u0161e zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd technik, kter\u00fd ho provedl. N\u011bkdy jeden bod trv\u00e1 10 minut a n\u011bkdy 2 hodiny. To velmi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, o co jde. Nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prohl\u00eddka je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ro\u010dn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 na tov\u00e9mto mal\u00e9m letad\u00e9lku, ne v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e osobn\u00ed auto, zabere nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u00fdden \u010dasu. Technici prolezou doslova ka\u017ed\u00fd kus letadla, zkontroluj\u00ed v\u0161e, co se zkontrolovat d\u00e1 a krom motoru se otev\u0159e prakticky v\u0161e. Ka\u017ed\u00fd letoun m\u00e1 i sv\u00e9 kritick\u00e9 body, kter\u00fdm se v\u011bnuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 pozornost. T\u00edm jsou hlavn\u011b lanov\u00ed v draku letadla (to co pohybuje kormidlem a k\u0159id\u00e9lky), kontroluje se jeho napnut\u00ed a funk\u010dnost, lubrikov\u00e1n\u00ed a stav. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee to je to, co ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 let letadla, je to opravdu pot\u0159eba d\u016fkladn\u011b zkontrolovat. D\u00e1le pak p\u0159ijdou v\u011bci jako podvozek a jeho kontrola, brzdy, pneumatiky a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd hydraulick\u00fd syst\u00e9m, k\u0159\u00eddla a jejich upnut\u00ed k draku letadla. T\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm prov\u00e1z\u00ed technika vt\u00edrav\u00fd checklist a jeho v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 podepisov\u00e1n\u00ed. Prohl\u00eddka mechanick\u00e1 se t\u00e1hne ruku v ruce s kontrolou avionik\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se vy\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v dr\u00e1tech a dr\u00e1tk\u00e1ch palubn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f, jejich kalibraci a ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed funkc\u00ed, kompenzace kompas\u016f a r\u016fzn\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Nam\u00e1tkou vyt\u00e1hnu nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9m a t\u00edm je Pitotstatick\u00fd syst\u00e9m letadla. Je to ten, kter\u00fd zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee pilot v\u00ed jak rychle let\u00ed a jak je vysoko \u2013 rychlom\u011br, v\u00fd\u0161kom\u011br a horizont. Prohl\u00eddka pak cel\u00e1 kon\u010d\u00ed motorovou zkou\u0161kou a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm z\u00e1letem, pokud je pot\u0159eba. T\u00edm je uzav\u0159ena kapitola letadla po str\u00e1nce rozebr\u00e1n\u00ed a slo\u017een\u00ed, ale s t\u00edm se zase vede prohl\u00eddka technick\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed na servisu, kter\u00e1 je nem\u00e9n\u011b pracn\u00e1, by\u0165 nedr\u017e\u00edme v ruce ten \u0161roubov\u00e1k, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b kle\u0161t\u011b. My m\u00e1me na starost to, \u017ee se v prvn\u00edm okam\u017eiku technik\u016fm dostane z\u00e1klad pro zah\u00e1jen\u00ed prohl\u00eddky \u2013 checklist a nezbytn\u00e1 literatura. K na\u0161\u00ed Cessn\u011b je to Technick\u00fd manu\u00e1l (Maintenance manual), detailn\u00ed v\u00fdkresy avioniky (Wiring diagrams)  a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 Servisn\u00ed Bulletiny. Servisn\u00ed Bulletiny (Service Bulletins \u2013 SB) je soubor akc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 bu\u010fto v\u00fdrobce letadla, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b v\u00fdrobce jednotliv\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed letadla.  Jako p\u0159\u00edklad uvedu n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed. M\u00e1me letad\u00e9lko z roku 1970 a vesele si l\u00e9talo a l\u00e9t\u00e1, a\u017e najednou v\u00fdrobce zjistil z odstupem \u010dasu, \u017ee je nap\u0159\u00edklad pot\u0159eba zkontrolovat ur\u010dit\u00fd \u0161roub (matku, spoj, n\u00fdtov\u00e1n\u00ed\u2026), proto\u017ee se ji\u017e X-kr\u00e1te stalo, \u017ee tato sou\u010d\u00e1stka selhala. A tak vyd\u00e1 Bulletin, kter\u00fd detailn\u011b popisuje akci co se m\u00e1 ud\u011blat, co je k tomu pot\u0159eba a kdy se to mus\u00ed prov\u00e9st (Compliancy time). Tento bulletin je roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en pomoc\u00ed pravideln\u00e9ho updatu technick\u00e9 literatury servisu a d\u00e1le pak pomoc\u00ed \u00da\u0159adu pro civiln\u00ed letectv\u00ed (\u00daCL) jako tzv. Airworthiness directive \u2013 Zp\u016fsobilosti k letu. Jsou bulletiny, kter\u00e9 jsou povinn\u00e9 bez jak\u00e9koliv v\u00fdjimky a to bezodkladn\u011b (Mandatory) a pak jsou bulletiny doporu\u010den\u00e9 (Recomended). <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dreamer.cz\/zenphoto\/\/index.php?album=Aerotaxi&amp;image=Aerotaxi50.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ZenphotoPress_thumb ZenphotoPress_left \" alt=\"Aerotaxi50\" title=\"Aerotaxi50\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dreamer.cz\/zenphoto\/\/zp-core\/i.php?a=Aerotaxi&amp;i=Aerotaxi50.JPG&amp;w=320&amp;h=240\" style=\"float:left; \" \/><\/a>Oboj\u00ed se ale mus\u00ed tak nebo tak prov\u00e9st. Soubor kolik se jich d\u011bl\u00e1 je individu\u00e1ln\u00ed a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed letadla a na tom co bylo ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve ud\u011bl\u00e1no. Hodn\u011b jich je v\u0161ak opakovan\u00fdch \u2013 tzv. Reccurent Service Bulletins. Tedy \u017ee se periodicky opakuj\u00ed po ur\u010dit\u00e9m penzu hodin, po po\u010dtu p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed a nebo po \u010dase. Rozmanitost SB je neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e1 a mohou b\u00fdt od prost\u00e9 vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly na 10 minut, a\u017e po mnohahodinovou pr\u00e1ci n\u011bkolika lid\u00ed a mnohatis\u00edcov\u00e9 investice.<br \/>\nPosledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho letadla je Soubor limitovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u2013 Airplane status. To je souborn\u00edk ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed letadla, p\u0159esn\u011b specifikovan\u00fdch v Servisn\u00edm manu\u00e1lu a programu \u00fadr\u017eby, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed velmi vymezenou dobu \u017eivotnosti a ta se mus\u00ed dodr\u017eet. Jako klasick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad uvedu vrtuli. Ta m\u00e1 typem a v\u00fdrobcem d\u00e1no, kolik hodin a let sm\u00ed nal\u00e9tat. Tak\u017ee ve statusu je zaveden p\u0159esn\u00fd typ, jej\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo a \u010das kdy byla na letoun namontov\u00e1na. Nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimka, \u017ee m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 omezen\u00ed v roc\u00edch a tak se bere v potaz jak jej\u00ed st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, tak nal\u00e9tan\u00e9 hodiny. Po uplynut\u00ed povolen\u00e9ho po\u010dtu hodin a nebo let se dan\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st mus\u00ed vym\u011bnit bez ohledu na to, jestli je po\u0161kozena  a nebo nen\u00ed. Jej\u00ed \u017eivot v letadle je ukonce.  Polo\u017eek ve statusu je od n\u011bkolika des\u00edtek u Cessen a\u017e po stovky u v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch letadel. Leteck\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti maj\u00ed p\u0159edeps\u00e1ny nejen vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly, ale u specifick\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad nosn\u00edky k\u0159idel jsou prohl\u00eddky a\u017e magick\u00e9ho charakteru. Prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed se zde nedestruktivn\u00ed metody na detekce mikroprasklin a r\u016fzn\u00e9ho druhu poru\u0161en\u00ed povrchu pomoc\u00ed naprosto unik\u00e1tn\u00edch postup\u016f. Tak\u00e9 je u ur\u010dit\u00fdch typ\u016f limitovan\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed (vrtule, motory, magneta\u2026) mo\u017enost ud\u011blat tzv. Overhaul. Tedy ud\u011blat jejich gener\u00e1lku. TO se ale \u0159\u00edd\u00ed specifick\u00fdmi pravidly a jsou specializovan\u00e9 servisy na gener\u00e1lkovan\u00ed motor\u016f, vrtul\u00ed, turb\u00edn a dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. No a kdy\u017e se tohle cel\u00e9 spoj\u00ed v jeden celek, technici odsouhlas\u00ed letadlo a my dod\u011bl\u00e1me pap\u00edrovou \u010d\u00e1st, p\u0159ijde posledn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st a tou je kontrola letounu. Vrchn\u00ed technick\u00fd \u0159editel m\u00e1 za \u00fakol v\u0161e bod po bodu zkontrolovat a znovu podepsat. T\u00edm je zaji\u0161t\u011bno druhotn\u00e9 ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u00fakonu, kter\u00fd na letadle byl ud\u011bl\u00e1n. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee se hodn\u00e9 bod\u016f prov\u00e1d\u00ed za pochodu, ne\u017e jsou jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti letounu op\u011bt zakrytov\u00e1ny a nebo op\u011bt nep\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9, stejn\u011b tak se d\u011bl\u00e1 i jejich kontrola. Tak\u017ee na konci m\u00e1me letuschopn\u00e9 letadlo na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b, kter\u00e9 pro\u0161lo rukou mnoha rozd\u00edln\u00fdm lidem na hang\u00e1ru.
