Ten m\u016fj se odehr\u00e1l v \u00fanoru 2021 ve v\u00fdcvikov\u00e9m centru Flight Safety, Farnborough. Jak to cel\u00e9 tedy vypadalo? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek bylo dostat se do Anglie v dob\u011b Covidov\u00e9, kdy cestov\u00e1n\u00ed prakticky neexistovalo a nebo bylo velmi, velmi omezen\u00e9. P\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed na Heathrow, jindy naprosto vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m leti\u0161ti se rovnalo p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed na leti\u0161ti duch\u016f, proto\u017ee nikde nebyl prakticky nikdo. Na jindy zapln\u011bn\u00fdch tabul\u00edch s des\u00edtkami let\u016f se skv\u011blo p\u00e1r chud\u00e1\u010dk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se je\u0161t\u011b dr\u017eely zuby nehty. Druh\u00e1 zaj\u00edmavost bylo imigra\u010dn\u00ed, proto\u017ee UK opustilo p\u00e1r dn\u00ed p\u0159ed m\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjezdem definitivn\u011b EU. Bohu\u017eel. Tak\u017ee post\u00e1n\u00ed si ve front\u011b, prost\u011b jako za star\u00fdch \u010das\u016f \ud83d\ude42 Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, po prvn\u00edch mal\u00fdch strast\u00edch jsem se dostal na hotel ve Farnborough a druh\u00fd den byl den &#8220;D&#8221;, kdy m\u011bla za\u010d\u00edt vysn\u011bn\u00e1 &#8220;typovka&#8221;. A tak\u00e9 za\u010dala. Dostal jsem se do u\u010debny, kter\u00e1 byla ur\u010den\u00e1 pro v\u00fdcvik pilot\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jdou na typ Hawker 800\/900. J\u00e1 jsem \u0161el na letadlo <strong>Hawker 900XP<\/strong> a m\u016fj kolega Jack \u0161el na Hawker 800. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b stejn\u00fd syllabus a v\u00fdcvik pro oba, tak\u017ee jsme se na m\u011bs\u00edc stali partnery na simul\u00e1toru a i v u\u010debn\u011b \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed den je p\u0159edstaven\u00ed instruktora\/instruktor\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1s budou prov\u00e1zet n\u00e1ro\u010dnou cestou, proch\u00e1zkou po budov\u011b, nezbytnou instrukt\u00e1\u017e\u00ed kde je hasic\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstroj, k\u00e1vovar a nakonec i zlat\u00fd h\u0159eb, simul\u00e1tor. To je to co cht\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd vid\u011bt. Obrovsk\u00e1 hala, do kter\u00e9 se ve\u0161lo simul\u00e1tor\u016f hned n\u011bkolik vedle sebe, ale ten n\u00e1\u0161 byl hned zkraje a hned prvn\u00ed \ud83d\ude42 Jde o kompletn\u00ed kabinu Hawkera 850, kter\u00e1 je um\u00edst\u011bna na hydraulick\u00fdch noh\u00e1ch a p\u016fsob\u00ed majest\u00e1tn\u011b kdy\u017e se zvedne nad hlavy okolo stoj\u00edc\u00edch a n\u011bkdy komicky, pokud p\u0159i &#8220;Rapid descent&#8221; n\u00e1cviku jakoby \u010dum\u00ed do zem\u011b, naklon\u011bn na jednu stranu. Prohl\u00eddka je u konce, mazejte na u\u010debnu, bude rozd\u011blen\u00ed u\u010debnic, materi\u00e1l\u016f a v\u016fbec v\u0161eho. Tady teprve \u010dlov\u011bk pochop\u00ed, co ho tak n\u011bjak \u010dek\u00e1 a to jen okrajov\u011b. Na stole se navr\u0161\u00ed hromada v\u00fdukov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, k tomu kompletn\u00ed POH, QRH a dal\u0161\u00ed knihy, do t\u00e9 doby zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jen velmi letmo z ATPL. A tady jsou, re\u00e1ln\u00e9, \u010derstv\u011b vybalen\u00e9 a zat\u00edm nepo\u010dm\u00e1ran\u00e9 des\u00edtkami pozn\u00e1mek, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly velmi brzo p\u0159ij\u00edt. Prvn\u00ed t\u00fdden typovky je jen na u\u010debn\u011b. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den se prob\u00edral jin\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kdy do detail\u016f n\u00e1m byla vysv\u011btlena hydraulika, elektrika v letadle, motory, p\u0159etlak, avionika a v\u016fbec v\u0161e od p\u0159\u00ed\u010fov\u00e9ho kola a \u010dum\u00e1ku, a\u017e po konec ocasu. Tohle pak zavr\u0161uje relativn\u011b komplexn\u00ed test, kter\u00fd je formou ABCD, ale opravdu vy\u017eaduje pom\u011brn\u011b d\u016fkladnou p\u0159\u00edpravu. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ve\u010dery na hotelu byly nad rozlo\u017een\u00fdmi u\u010debnicemi, hromadou pozn\u00e1mek a online CBT. Pak p\u0159i\u0161el test a ten musel b\u00fdt minim\u00e1ln\u011b na 80%, aby pilot v\u016fbec byl pu\u0161t\u011bn d\u00e1le. Po jeho spln\u011bn\u00ed nastala k\u00fd\u017een\u00e1 chv\u00edle a na dal\u0161\u00edch 14 dn\u00ed p\u0159i\u0161el simul\u00e1tor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den za\u010dal briefingem o tom, co se bude d\u00edt a co budeme zkou\u0161et. A zkou\u0161\u00ed se toho hodn\u011b. Prvn\u00ed lekce je zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed v n\u011bkolika aspektech. Letadlo poprv\u00e9 naposledy funguje tak, jak m\u00e1. Poprv\u00e9 a naposledy v\u0161echny syst\u00e9my pracuj\u00ed, ven je vid\u011bt, po\u010das\u00ed na leti\u0161ti je OK. Byl jsem tam jak Alenka v \u0159\u00ed\u0161i div\u016f, v\u0161e re\u00e1ln\u00e9, v\u0161e \u017eiv\u00e9 a funk\u010dn\u00ed. A poprv\u00e9 jsme si zkusili podle obs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho checklistu letadlo p\u0159ipravit k letu ze stoj\u00e1nky, nahodit motory a odlet\u011bt. P\u0159iveden\u00ed letadla k \u017eivotu n\u00e1m trvalo dob\u0159e 45 minut a instruktor se usm\u00edval za n\u00e1mi a \u0159\u00edkal n\u00e1m, jak o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159ed fin\u00e1ln\u00ed examinac\u00ed to nebude d\u00e9le, ne\u017e 20 \ud83d\ude42 Nejen full motion simul\u00e1tor je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdcviku, ale u n\u00e1s to byl i takzvan\u00fd GFIS sim, tedy soubor dotykov\u00fdch obrazovek, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed pro memorizaci postup\u016f. Na tomto kdykoliv dostupn\u00e9m simu si pilot mus\u00ed zapamatovat pozice jednotliv\u00fdch p\u00e1\u010dek, p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d\u016f, oto\u010dn\u00fdch knofl\u00edk\u016f, stejn\u011b jako v\u0161ech sv\u011bt\u00fdlek, warning\u016f, obrazovek a v\u016fbec cel\u00e9ho kokpitu. Re\u00e1ln\u00fd simul\u00e1tor pak k tom dod\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b pojistkovou sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148 za pilotem, knipl, plyny, ped\u00e1ly a v\u016fbec v\u0161e co letadlo d\u011bl\u00e1 letadlem \ud83d\ude42 Prvn\u00ed lekce byla seznamovac\u00ed a pak za\u010dal re\u00e1ln\u00fd v\u00fdcvik. St\u0159\u00eddali jsme se v rol\u00edch let\u00edc\u00edho a monitoruj\u00edc\u00edho pilota a za\u010dali jsme tr\u00e9novat vysazen\u00ed motor\u016f, po\u017e\u00e1ry, ha\u0161en\u00ed, dekomprese a r\u016fzn\u00e9 blokace \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Na\u0161e ruce se u\u010dily kmitat po kokpitu v p\u0159id\u011blen\u00fdch segmentech a \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9m s QRH na kolenou a v ruce. Rud\u00e9 checklisty spolu s \u017elut\u00fdmi se st\u00e1valy ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161eho drillu a pomalu jsme se prokous\u00e1vali jednotliv\u00fdmi lekcemi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den tak\u00e9 kon\u010dil debriefingem, kde n\u00e1m instruktor \u0159ekl, jak jsme si st\u00e1li, na co se zam\u011b\u0159it a co naopak je u\u017e v pohod\u011b. Letadlo simul\u00e1tor u\u017e nikdy nebylo v po\u0159\u00e1dku a u\u017e nikdy to nebyl pohodov\u00fd let bez z\u00e1vad. Ale v\u017edy to byl pohodov\u00fd let jako takov\u00fd \ud83d\ude42 Kdy\u017e n\u00e1m to ne\u0161lo, instruktor trp\u011bliv\u011b vysv\u011btloval a ukazoval, kdy\u017e n\u00e1m to naopak za\u010dalo j\u00edt a u\u017e jsme si na chv\u00edli oddychli, ut\u00e1hl \u0161rouby a dostal n\u00e1s velmi rychle na limit na\u0161ich mo\u017enost\u00ed. Typovka je o tom, nau\u010dit piloty z\u00e1klad\u016fm o letadle, to hlavn\u00ed se pak u\u010d\u00ed s kapit\u00e1ny v Line Trainingu, ale nelze to vm\u011bstnat do t\u0159ech t\u00fddn\u016f, by\u0165 intenzivn\u00edho v\u00fdcviku. Pro m\u011b tedy let\u011bly dny v Anglii, kdy ka\u017ed\u00fd den jsme se v\u00edce a v\u00edce s\u017e\u00edvali s technikou letadla a simul\u00e1torem, objevovali dosud netu\u0161en\u00e9 mo\u017enosti a variace selh\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a na hotelu jsem si na plak\u00e1tu kokpitu Hawkera 900 opakoval st\u00e1le dokola r\u016fzn\u00e9 postupy, pozice a v\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 sekvence, kter\u00e9 jsou nutn\u00e9 zpam\u011bti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po t\u0159ech t\u00fddnech a mnoha hodin\u00e1ch v simul\u00e1toru nast\u00e1v\u00e1 slavnostn\u00ed den, kdy je &#8220;Check Ride&#8221;, tedy kontroln\u00ed let s examin\u00e1torem. Pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s to znamenalo hodinu a p\u016fl jako pilot let\u00edc\u00ed a hodinu a p\u016fl jako nelet\u00edc\u00ed. Za\u010d\u00ednal jsem jako prvn\u00ed, pilot let\u00edc\u00ed. Na stoj\u00e1nce Anglick\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b, v Low Visibility podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, s namrzaj\u00edc\u00ed mlhou, v potemn\u011bl\u00e9m letadle. U\u017e p\u0159i nahazov\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho motoru nastal Hot Start a na\u0161\u00edm \u00fakolem ho bylo v\u010das zachytit  motor utnout. Poda\u0159ilo se a pokra\u010dovali jsme po &#8220;opraven\u00ed&#8221; motoru instruktorem v postupech. Poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v LowVis je velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a vy\u017eaduje od obou pilot\u016f maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed. Tak\u017ee v\u00fdpadek Battery Contactoru si nemus\u00edte hned v\u0161imnout \ud83d\ude42 My si v\u0161imli, tak\u017ee jsme na taxiway vy\u0159e\u0161ili dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m a u\u017e fr\u010deli ku dr\u00e1ze. Zde p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed obl\u00edben\u00e1 nachyt\u00e1vka, kter\u00e1 nesouvis\u00ed s letadlem a poruchami. Jde o to, zastavit na \u010derven\u00e9m STOP BARu, ikdy\u017e mi \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed dal povolen\u00ed pokra\u010dovat. Vzlet z dr\u00e1hy je tak\u00e9 low vis a ihned po V1 obvykle do\u0161lo k v\u00fdpadku motoru, tzv. V1 CUT OUT. Tentokr\u00e1te ne a po dlouh\u00e9 dob\u011b letadlo jako raketa stoupalo na obou motorech. Nenechat se ukol\u00e9bat, \u0159\u00edkal jsem si. A leti\u0161t\u011b se zav\u0159elo kv\u016fli poru\u0161e ILS, tak\u017ee bez n\u00e1vratu v tomto po\u010das\u00ed pro n\u00e1s. No a chv\u00edli po t\u00e9 se rozezn\u011bl ten nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd zvonek, ohla\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1r motoru. Aha, tak\u017ee to bude p\u0159eci jen jednomotorov\u00fd let \ud83d\ude42 Uhasili jsme ho na dva n\u00e1boje, tak\u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd nezbyl, stabilizovali letadlo a pokra\u010dovali prozat\u00edm po trati. Evaluace situace, ne\u0161lo se vr\u00e1tit, z\u00e1loha podobn\u011b daleko jako destinace, tak\u017ee jsme pokra\u010dovali na jeden motor do destinace. Ono to na simu nikdy nen\u00ed daleko, tak\u017ee s t\u00edm bylo tak n\u011bjak po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no \ud83d\ude42 Za letu je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik minoritn\u00edch z\u00e1vad, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bl examin\u00e1tor vid\u011bt vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 a pak prov\u00e9st p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed byl ILS bez autopilota, ale s Flight Directorem a na jeden motor. A n\u00e1sledoval Go AROUND na jeden motor, co\u017e nen\u00ed zase takov\u00e1 sranda. Povedl se n\u00e1m, a\u010dkoliv udr\u017eet Hawkera v ose dr\u00e1hy s jedn\u00edm motorem je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00fd \u00fakol. A my tak\u00e9 skon\u010dili drobet vyosen\u00ed \ud83d\ude42 Pak z\u00e1sahem boha na zadn\u00ed seda\u010dce se n\u00e1m z\u00e1zrakem spravil motor \u010d\u00edslo 2 a musel jsem zal\u00e9tnout RNP p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, pak op\u011bt ILS, ale s v\u00fdpadkem FLight Directoru &#8211; tzv. Raw Data ILS. Klasika, n\u00e1vrat ke ko\u0159en\u016fm p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9ho l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b jsme na to byli dob\u0159e p\u0159ipraveni od instruktora. <br>No a pak p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st byla hotov\u00e1. Zpocen, unaven ale spokojen jsem ukon\u010dil v\u00fdcvik za dal\u0161\u00ed hodinu a p\u016fl, kdy jsem j\u00e1 pom\u00e1hal Jackovi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0159i t\u00fddny uplynuly jako voda a vr\u00e1til jsem se do \u010cR, kde jsem n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed na to sed\u011bl v opravdov\u00e9m Hawkeru, vedle sv\u00e9ho kapit\u00e1na, odl\u00e9tat povinn\u00fdch 5 okruh\u00e1. J\u00e1 je l\u00e9tal v Berl\u00edn\u011b na na\u0161em letadle a t\u00edm jsem legislativn\u011b dovr\u0161il co bylo pot\u0159eba.
